We are open! At our Spokane Valley and Coeur d’Alene clinics, we are taking precautions to protect the health and safety of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of these precautions include (but are not limited to):
- Limiting the number of patients we’re seeing per day
- Following the CDC’s recommendations for social distancing
- We understand that some children are unable to wear masks. We are requiring all staff and parents/guardians to wear face masks in the clinic. (If you do not have a mask, we have some available for purchase.)
- Staggering appointment times to minimize patient-to-patient contact
- Asking patients to wait in their vehicle until one of our staff escorts them inside
- Following a strict cleaning/sanitizing schedule, which includes allowing staff additional time between patients to disinfect treatment rooms
- Offering teletherapy options
If you (or anyone in your household) are feeling ill or have recently been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment or consider teletherapy.
