How To Get Your Child In For Services

Step One - Referral

Please contact your child’s primary care provider to request a referral for desired therapy. The referral can be faxed to us at (208)664-0566

Step Two - Insurance Verification

Please provide your insurance information so we can verify if a prior auth is needed before scheduling services. Self pay will need payment at time of service.

Step Three - Scheduling

We will call you to schedule your initial appointment depending on availability. You will get a welcome email with everything you’ll need for your first appointment. 

Step Four - Initial Evaluation

Please bring all documentation to your appointment. Insurance cards, Intake Paperwork, and complete any information sent to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect at my Initial Evaluation?

Your child’s initial evaluation will be one hour long. During this appointment, our therapist will conduct skill testing and will gather information from the parents that will help determine what services your child may need. 

If your child is attending a feeding evaluation, please bring food that they eat without issue, food that they are struggling with, and foods that they are willing to try. Also, please bring a favorite cup and your child’s  preferred utensils. This will be a more hands-on evaluation with observation and parent questions on how they chew, swallow, and interact with foods. 

AAC evaluations will help determine the different type of device and program that will best suit your child’s needs.  

Weekly appointments will range from 1-5 visits per week depending on your child’s plan of care.

We do not accept United Healthcare and Tricare at this time.
